Thinkific Plus Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Thinkific Plus Customer Referral Program (“Referral Program”) is open to individuals (each, a “Referrer”, and collectively, “Referrers”) who are existing or past customers in good standing with Thinkific.
1.2. The Referrer must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address.
1.3. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”) including their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, or spouse), household members, and any other persons or entities associated with this Referral Program are ineligible.
2. Referral Process
2.1. To participate, referrals must be submitted through the unique referral link generated by the Referrer through the referral page.
2.2. The referred company must consent to be contacted by Thinkific regarding its services.
3. Rewards
3.1. Phase I Reward: Referrers will earn $100 if their referral results in a meeting with the Thinkific Plus team, and the meeting has been successfully concluded.
3.2. Phase II Reward: Referrers will earn an additional $300 if the referred company becomes a Thinkific Plus customer after 3-months.
3.3. Rewards will be paid via PartnerStack within one (1) month of passing the 30 day hold period, after meeting the reward criteria.
3.4. No substitution or transfer of the rewards will be permitted.
4. Restrictions
4.1. Referrals are only eligible for companies headquartered in Canada, the USA, the UK, or the EU.
4.2. Rewards will not be issued for:
(a) Companies already in contact with Thinkific;
(b) Companies previously referred by another individual; or
(c) Companies existing in Thinkific’s database as contacts.
4.3. Thinkific reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any referral submission that is found to violate the terms of the program, including but not limited to attempts to game, manipulate, or exploit the Referral Program in any way.
5. Termination
Thinkific reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.
6. Void Where Prohibited
The Referral Program is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by Federal, Provincial, or State laws, as applicable.
7. Agreement to Terms
By participating, Referrers agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any decisions of Thinkific, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Referral Program. To receive a reward, Referrers must fulfill all requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
8. Liability
8.1. By accepting any reward, the Referrer agrees to release and hold harmless Thinkific, its subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of the Referrer’s participation in the Referral Program or receipt or use of the reward.
8.2. Referrers are responsible for all taxes associated with the receipt of their reward.
8.3. Thinkific is not responsible for any matters relating to the reward after it is awarded.
9. Use of Data
All information submitted by Referrers will be treated according to Thinkific’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.thinkific.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Referral Program and providing personal contact information, Referrers agree to Thinkific’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
10. Other Terms
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. If any provision is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal under applicable law, these terms will remain in full force and effect and will be construed as if the invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provision had never been included. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
